Hope everyone had a full and happy Turkey Day! I proceeded to stuff my face without a hint of guilt for the wedding dress consequences.
Back in April, I began working with a trainer twice a week in order to avoid last minute scrambling. I like to eat, so starving myself weeks before the wedding sounds like my own version of hell. Plus, doing so, would win me a one-way ticket to the show
Bridezillas (which if you have never had the pleasure of watching, please do, it's horrifically comical). So I went for the "marathon" diet option rather than the "sprint".
Despite all the hours logged at the gym, I haven't really changed my eating habits. But, that stops here. I've now summoned my inner drill sergeant and it's time for a crack down. We're 6 months out - no more fast food and no more sweets for yours truly. It's time to let it burn, the calories that is...
Even the fiance has hopped on board the wedding diet wagon. He has pledged to walk 500 miles (yes, like the song

) before the wedding. He's got a spreadsheet and everything. It's very serious business.
